• What is your Covid19 protocols?

We have a great pod and this partnership with our current families is what keeping our children safe and healthy. We practice rigorous cleaning & sanitizing. As well as wearing masks for all. We have in placed a structured procedure for everyone to maintain social distancing during drop offs and pickups. Temperature check during drop off and randomly throughout the day.

• How's a usual day like?

Our days is spent on making sure that every child's need is met and ensuring that they're having fun and felt loved. As every child is different and we cater on children in their early years. We make sure that they know that they have the freedom to choose what they want to do at the same time guiding them on a structured daily routine. Helping them achieve independence, social skills and self expression. 

Play is a big part of our day as well as singing & storytelling. We seize every opportunity to play outdoor when weather is nice or even just ok. We make sure that they have the opportunity to get as much exposure on experience & hands on learning. We have invested on these by providing appropriate toys & activities that we alternate everyday. 

To help to be more organized and efficient we have a schedule and themes that we follow for each days and months. 

• Trainings, Education and certificate?

*More than 15 years of experience with childcare. Accomplished a Formal training in child caregiving specializing on infants and toddlers. We are CPR, AR, AED, First aid & MAT Certified. We don't stop learning and actively participating on every trainings and seminars about early childhood care. On top of it. We learn the most from our daily hands on experiences, direct & personal relationships with each of our families.

• Do you provide food?

We provide home cooked meals and snacks for the whole day at NO extra cost. So, that's Breakfast, morning snacks, lunch and afternoon snacks. Meals and snacks follows USDA food requirement. We are an Asian household and serves 70% Asian culinary.  We are well known in creating little rice monster toddlers :) You can see some of our staples dishes photos under the Family Hub  tab then Menu and scroll down all the way to the bottom.

• Can parents visit & stay during daycare hours?

Parents have the right to see their kids anytime and any day. However, We don't let anyone linger around for more than 15 minutes as it's intruding to other kids privacy & safety. We are required that only adults that has undergone background checks can be around the kids. Not to mention that it's usually disruptive to the kids routine. Parents are encourage to visit and pick up their child anytime and spend more quality time together. 

• Holidays & Breaks?

We observes ALL Federal holidays plus some days around Thanksgiving & Christmas. This is all detailed as part of the Terms of agreement. We also take Paid 10 business days annually. Dates are usually broken down throughout the year and announcement is made every January. If there will be changes, we aim to give at least 2 months notice for everyone to make new arrangement. 

These are paid breaks. We use this time to deep clean the whole daycare area, organize toys etc, to catch up on any trainings and certificates in order to  maintain our operating license. We also do make sure to unwind and recharge ourselves. So, we can give the best positive and cheerful care for all our children.

• Inclement Weather Policy

We follow Fairfax County's inclement weather announcement. We also recognized that Fairfax county's decisions sometimes doesn't really affect our immediate area as their scope is really wide. So, take into consideration the announcement being made by our surrounding counties/cities like Falls Church City & Arlington county and will send out our own decisions on whether opening or closing that day. However, We will not second guess if there is a unified closing announcement from OPM and the surrounding counties. We will be automatically be closed also for that day.

• Why there's no exact address listed on this site and from other social media sites?

Though we are an official running business. We take safety and privacy seriously and it is our top priority. We only give our address to families that are seriously inquiring and about to be part of our family.

• So where are we generally located?

We are in the neighborhood of Greenway Downs in Falls Church 22042

Centrally located a mile or less from Downtown Falls Church. 2 miles from Mosaic District. Less than 2 miles radius distance from Seven corners, I-66, East Falls church metro Station, Arlington and 495. We are accessible from either Route 50 or Lee Hi-way.
